First Fringe

My werk CHRCH, A BLACK MUSIC STORY made it’s world premiere this year at Capital Fringe Festival. We sold out both shows. It can be scary to put your art out there but I did it all while life continues to LIFE in all the ways. Doing this run was a TIME. Of course Its given me great insight on the werk after seeing the response from a live audience. I’m grateful for the opportunity even with its challenges. I’m thankful to a hardworking and talented cast and crew. Looking forward to putting NOT looking at the script for a bit. Looking forward to watching the video of the performance and getting more insight and feedback on how to make it tighter. Through this process I’ve also realized the deep love I have for sound and set design!
